Your role as Sales Operations Representative
As a Sales Operations Representative you will be a part of our growing Commercial Operations team that operates within 3 fields; Sales Operations, Sales Enablement and Pre-sales. Your mission will be to drive and improve sales performance and efficiency through data analysis with the main goal to increase sales results and productivity. You will also develop and execute on the Sales Enablement strategy by developing the skills, knowledge and content to ensure our customer-facing professionals make the most of every interaction. Another part of your work is to develop and implement internal best practices with external industry trends to shape sales strategies.

Furthermore, together with the rest of the team, you will form and execute the strategy of Commercial Operations and be a key player in driving sales transformation projects. You will work cross‐functionally with Marketing, Finance, Professional Services and report to the Commercial Operations Director.

In this position, you will also:

• Identify KPIs and Sales Metrics
• Perform sales forecasting, analyze sales potential and support market research
• Run or support strategic projects and sales transformation
• Propose and implement actions to improve and enhance the efficiency and velocity of the sales funnel
• Work to align Sales and Marketing processes to reach more efficient “Smarketing”

As Sales Operations Representative you have a doer mindset and the ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department, translate them into system and process requirements, and to facilitate achievement of business objectives. You are a creative problem-solver with excellent interpersonal and time-management skills. To succeed in this role, you are adept at working with multiple stakeholders and are comfortable with adapting to multiple demands and rapid change. Furthermore, you are a highly motivated individual with a great attention to detail who can work as part of a team and naturally step in and lead the way.

We also see that you have:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Maybe you have previously been working with Sales, Sales Operations or within a high pace management consultancy firm
• A BA or MA University degree in economics, marketing, engineering, communications or comparable field of study
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Excel, proven qualities in data manipulation and analysis, managing a lot of data
