We are now looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our winning team! You will work closely with the revenue leaders to identify, prioritise, and deliver on their operational needs across the business. This role will drive improvements in planning, performance, reporting and sales process optimisation.

As a Sales Operations Specialist you will be responsible for:

- Working with Revenue Leaders on trending the growth of the business at a regional and rep level to measure productivity and performance and develop benchmarks and best practices. This role plays a vital role in the ongoing evolution of the revenue strategy of Winningtemp

- Delivering ongoing sales analytics support for the revenue teams

- Leading the development, documentation, and communication of sales and customer journeys in HubSpot in alignment with the Winningtemp Way of Selling.

- Working closely with the marketing team to build and support the lead generation to sales processes

- Identifying sales operations related opportunities for improved processes and drive the changes

- Coordinating with the finance team to manage and support the order to cash process as needed

- Ensuring and managing the integrity of the data throughout the various systems used across the buying process

- Providing statistical support for the purpose of sales projections to the revenue teams

- Being the guardian of data integrity in and between the applications HubSpot, Younium and Planhat

- Supporting and/or leading additional projects as required

We believe that you have:

- At least 3 years experience in Sales Operations role or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM


Not mandatory, but very positive if you have:

- Start-up / Scale-up experience
