We’re looking for a technically-skilled Sales Operations Specialist to reduce friction in the sales process and help salespeople be successful in their day-to-day activities. If you enjoy doing the ops work while being the first ops hire that will help steer the direction of the revenue ops function, this is a role for you!

You are familiar with the latest sales and marketing tools. You have previous experience working in Salesforce and see the potential technologies can bring to the commercial teams.
What you’ll do
Oversee the entire sales funnel to streamline and optimize the sales process
Be our global super admin of our Salesforce CRM
Administer our CRM data and improve the quality of our data
Evaluate, implementing and managing sales and marketing automation tools to scale growth
Ensure sales team alignment to sales processes, policies, and procedures
Perform sales forecasting
Build dashboard and insights reports as well as ad-hoc reports and recommendations based on data
Help develop our revenue goals and budgets, track performance, and report to the global sales and marketing leadership
Establish and drive good routines in the organization to support database operations, and bridge all gaps in our reporting
Support other sales efforts as assigned
Be part of the pioneering team to build the operations functions at Oneflow with ops specialists and analytics professionals
Required skills and experience
2-4yrs relevant experience
Solid background in Salesforce
Experience in driving adoption of automation tools for commercial teams from start to finish - gather requirements, vendor selection, recommendation, implementation and training
Experience in measurement framework development and implementation for our sales and marketing investments
Stakeholders management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bonus: Experience in marketing tech and ad tech platforms
