Volvo Construction Equipment, Region Europe in Duxford, is looking for a:

SALES ORDER ADMINISTRATOR

Main Tasks/ Responsibilities:

.Support implementation and rollout of MOM (SAP SD)
.Support all order related activities across all European hubs
.Monitor and follow up orders in process
.Order administration i.e.order change, release of blocked orders, order re-pricing, special discount requests etc.
.Support dealers in their daily ordering activities and issue resolution
.Completion of month-end procedures in order management system
.Communication and follow-up of order management system issues with key users
.Responsible for update and maintenance of master data
.Ensuring all MOM/MAS and order management SOX requirements are met
.Sales support administration
.Identify need of education in MOM within dealership
.Other administrative work

Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
Excellent knowledge about the Volvo CE processes and system
Understanding of factory processes

Additional Important Requirements:
Fluency in verbal and written English and any other European Language will be advantageous
Duxford location
Willingness and able to travel to minor extent
