Sales Order Processor

CrossControl is looking for an analytical, result- and solution-oriented Sales Order Processor. As Sales Order Processor you will be responsible for the administrative and industrial process of customer forecast and customer orders. You will take care of communication between customers, sales and production planning about the progress of customer orders and schedules and the delivery performance of CrossControl.
You will be processing customer orders, customer forecasts and plans in the ERP system, and assess customer orders and schedules on the basis of contractual agreements and communicate any discrepancies with sales and customer.
Competence and experience
3+ years relevant working experience in Manufacturing or Logistics
Experience in customer order and forecast handling
Knowledge of customer processes, ERP-system
Broad understanding of information and material flow in a business as well as good knowledge in lean and process management
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English

Merit
Experience from LEAN manufacturing
Experience from Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems.
