About the job…
As a Sales Performance Analyst you help Volvo Cars to increase volume, revenues and profitability by improving operational efficiency based on comprehensive data analyses. As a Sales Performance Analyst, it’s all about evaluating (sales) performance across the different regions and markets. Based on existing or new to build data reports your analyses provide crisp and clear recommendations for the different sales clusters, workstreams, regions and markets.
Key responsibilities…
Collection and analyses of relevant performance data
Undertaking research and collect data to better analyze outcomes
Developing business presentations for management and other relevant stakeholders
Structurally monitor sales performance and generate performance reports
Connect to and further improve performance measurement frameworks (KPI’s)
Identifying areas of improvement and concerns in sales related areas and provide appropriate strategies to resolve them
Development of performance metrics (reports and dashboards) to improve business operational efficiency
Appraise and recommend improvements to current business models
You…
… understand business metric performance and target setting. You have the competence to analyze performance data, including revenue, profitability, etc.
… have excellent organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, as well as within short deadlines
… have the skills to undertake research and collect data to identify future trends based on past performance. As this is essential to influence decision making
… undertake research, develop and present reports; you have great writing and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and develop presentations for multiple levels of the organization
… can work with large volumes of data, apply statistical tools and models, as well as undertake research to detect trends and isolate essential relevant information
… constantly monitor KPI’s for deviations in expected outcome and willing to adapt measuring metrics to change
… have excellent report building skills to establish and maintain strong working relationships across functional and reporting levels
… last, but not least, are a fun person to work with ;-)
