Right now, we’re searching for a Sales Performance Manager in our Stockholm office - are you ready to hit play on an exciting career change?
The role
As Sales Performance Manager at Viaplay Group, you are operationally responsible for all sales, event planning, and product training towards our current partners. Your most important task is to optimize the sale and activation of Viaplay's products at our partners TM agencies, customers service sites, and retention centers.
You will be a member of the Wholesales organization within Viaplay Group. Wholesales are responsible for the distribution and selling of our TV channels and Viaplay service towards TV operators and all other B2B partners.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Secure high-quality sales in sales channels Customer Service, Telemarketing & Field Sales
- Responsible for developing and carrying through training of sales/save arguments and product knowledge
- Ensure the highest possible save rate with our partners' anti-churn teams
- Plan and conduct sales competitions that contribute to increased sales
- Create a good relationship with your contacts. Such as site managers, coaches, salespeople, and other key people
- New agencies Telemarketing/Field Sales: Set up production plan, training, competitions, and follow-up
- Existing agencies Telemarketing/Field Sales/Customer service: Training, competitions, and follow-up
- Ensure that the invoices we receive from Telemarketing, Field Sales, and events/competition materials are correct
What we're looking for
We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that’s why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, in order to thrive in this role, we do believe you’ll have at least some experience in the following:
We are looking for you who is a sales expert with at least 3 years of experience in sales via telemarketing or customer service and coaching sales staff, and who is ready for the next step in your career.
This position requires driver's license (B) and comes with external work and overnight stays within the Sweden region (3-4 days per week).
