Sales > SBU NCE > Commercial Operations
Commercial Operations is a small yet important stakeholder in forecasting our sales volumes and sales activities. We maintain the sales process, customer relations management system and resource planning system for the entire region. We own the governance of the sales pipeline and run weekly meetings where sales projects are reviewed, and management is informed on the progress, forecasts and focus areas.
We actively monitor and work to improve CRM data quality and take pride in being the best in class in Vestas.
In 2021 we look to increase focus on all areas to improve existing tools and processes as well as adding new preparing ourselves for the future, in which we will continue to grow fast. You will be strengthening Commercial Operations in all areas, with a special emphasis on the Sales Process and the development and "toolification" the same, making it an every day tool for the hundreds of people working in the Sales Process in our region.
Responsibilities
Update/ improve the sales process and tools while educating and coaching the sales force in the sales process
And as team member contribute to:
Monitor and pursue system data quality, and contribute to improvement of the same
Monitor and track forecasting accuracy on short term as well as medium term, and contribute to improvement of the same
Prepare Gate governance meetings (internal steps of maturing a project)
CRM champion - the one to turn to when issues or questions on our CRM system (SAP Cloud for Customer and soon Salesforce)
Train new employees on the CRM platform
Train new users and coach any user on sales project planning platform (smartsheet)
Qualifications
Master's degree in engineering, business, economics or similar, with excellent grades. Please make sure you include your expected or confirmed result in your application.
Relevant work experience from sales or commercial positions is an advantage
Fluency in written and verbal English
Excellent Excel skills
Smartsheet experience, or other (sales) project planning tool experience
CRM system implementations experience
Sales Process ownership experience

You have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your assignments.

You have good IT skills (Excel incl. VBA and Analysis, SAP Project Builder, Salesforce, Sharepoint with Power Automate)

Additional information
The position will be located at Vestas' office in Malmö Svågertorp. Travel may be required occasionally across Northern and Central Europe.
