Business Programs & Governance, Global Sales is now looking for a new team member who can support our sales systems team as a Sales Process Implementation Manager for Salesforce which has been rolled out globally within Axis. A highly exciting area to work with and create an impact within!
WHO IS YOUR FUTURE TEAM?
The Business Governance team is part of Business Programs & Governance within Global Sales and based in Lund, Sweden. The team consists of several competence areas, such as bid and pricing, payment models and sales systems and processes, all with the aim of upholding common global framework and contributing to a more effective and allied business to give our customers and partners a world class experience. This means working closely with representatives from the Head Regions, colleagues within Global Sales organization, IT, Corporate Marketing and other functions at Axis headquarters.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will be a vital part of the adoption and use of Salesforce, i.e., making sure that Axis Sales organization makes best possible use of the system by sharing best practices, creating training material and holding training sessions to users. Increasing user adoption of Salesforce provides a lot of possibilities but also includes a lot of changes to the way we are working. You will be a key player in making this change successful!
In this role you will coach, train and support the sales teams with the aim of making Salesforce a natural part of their daily activities. You will be hands-on in developing training material and holding training sessions yourself, both for smaller implementations and as part of bigger project implementations, always in good time-alignment with the overall Salesforce release process and roadmap.
As you will have daily contact with the users, you will naturally identify future needs and improvement areas.
Apart from above you will be responsible for:
* Active engagement with and continuous activation of the Salesforce user community, e.g. through Salesforce chatter groups, hosting of drop-in sessions, onboarding sessions and more.
* Active communication on Salesforce-related news to users.
* Supporting the regular exchange, best practice sharing and education of Salesforce champions.
* Providing input on future needs and improvement areas to our Sales System Business Product Owner, Sales System Business Analysts and Sales System Implementation Manager.
* Maintenance and continuous improvement of system knowledge base, ensuring that the created training material is appropriately made available.

We believe that you have:
* Strong understanding of Salesforce
* Experience from creating and providing user training
* Outstanding written and spoken English language skills
The following qualifications are a plus:
* Experience from supporting users to work smarter and more efficiently through system use
* Experience from working cross-functionally and in an international sales context
* Experience from system implementation and release process
* Experience from working with IT and good understanding thereof
* Experience from indirect business model
* Bachelor's degree in relevant area
The position will be based in our headquarters in Lund and tavel may be required.
