About the job…
As a Sales Process Manager, you will be defining, optimizing and managing the global sales process infrastructure and a range of sales operations. Together with the different (sales) clusters, workstreams, regions and markets, you’ll be driving the transition to direct-to-consumer sales. You’ll be developing highly effective sales processes and operations for the global sales organization. Because without an effective sales process, our (local) sales teams won’t reach the true potential.
Key responsibilities…
Draft, optimize and maintain E2E global sales process flows from a customer point of view
Closely monitor and optimize every step of the potential customer's sales journey, from initial contact to the closed deal, but also retention and loyalty
Provide continuous support to the different clusters, workstreams and markets by providing guidance when it comes down to the sales processes
Collect and understand different (market) requirements
Identifying areas of improvements in the different sales processes and provide appropriate strategies to resolve them
Developing business presentations for management and other relevant stakeholders
You…
… have experience in developing sales processes and infrastructure for global sales organizations
… have a track record of successfully working with (Salesforce) systems and sales infrastructure implementations at a global scale
… have strong knowledge of sales operations, processes and performance KPIs preferably in a direct-to-consumer environment
… have the ability to constructively support diverse and high-performing teams by supporting them with efficient and effective processes
… think of solutions from a customer point of view based on research, data and testing
… have excellent organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, as well as within short deadlines
… have excellent communication skills to establish and maintain strong working relationships across functional and reporting levels
… last, but not least, are a fun person to work with ;-)
