About this opportunity!


The Group Sales organization at Ericsson leads the strategy development, and prioritizes the improvement roadmap, for customer experience and global sales. We then aid the business in the execution of our intended end-to-end customer experience and enable the global sales force of the future.


We are now looking for a Global Sales Process Manager who will drive maintenance and improvements of the Sales process enabling efficient and effective sales and sales decisions. In this role you will strive for simplification and harmonization across the various Market Areas as well as modernization of the ways of working.


The right candidate is familiar with the Ericsson Business Process and has a good understanding of how business is done in the Market Areas. Collaborative skills are critical for success. We are looking for a team player with problem solving, organization and communication skills, and who has a high capacity to learn quickly and to execute accurately.


You will be based in Kista, Sweden as part of the Sales Excellence team reporting to the Head of Sales Change and Adoption.

What you will do


(Analyze trends, business needs and improvement requirements to plan and prioritize Sales process development and changes.
Collect and align stakeholder requirements globally to design, develop and document the Sales process improvements.
Document and communicate Sales process changes and secure implementation in the supporting Sales tools.
Driving continuous improvement through benchmarks, performance measurements and increasing digitization.
Support audit activities on the Sales process area and implementation of corrective action plans.
Collaborate with Learning & Development and local Sales Process Drivers to secure relevant training material.
Maintain alignment between the Sales process and Ericsson information model.
Interact with other processes to secure end-to-end performance and alignment.



You will bring


Academic degree or the equivalent level of knowledge.
Proven experience from working with the Sales Process.
Strong customer focus and ability to understand customers' needs.
Experience from working in a cross-functional environment.
Ability to develop process flows based on input from multiple stakeholders.
Experience from simplification and digitization activities.
A driver with great communication and influencing skills.
Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
Very good written and spoken English.
