So, let’s talk about the job
You take ownership for our standard sales process, which you develop, improve and optimize – constantly seeking efficiency. With a holistic view, you oversee parts such as lead management, pipeline management, follow-up and CRM, and you establish business requirements which you hand over to our CRM development team.
Through cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders in our global sales organization, as well as IT, you find relevant improvements, drive implementation of changes and ensure utilization of new tools. As you’re building up more and more expertise within your field, you’ll be our go-to person for sales-process related questions and provide support when needed.
Where?
We offer flexible working conditions, but you’ll have your base at our site in Malmö or Svedala. International travel is normally included in this role, to visit our different Sales Areas on site.
And what about you?
We’re looking for someone with a couple years’ experience of process optimization or consulting in a global organization, where you’ve developed good skills in navigating complex situations, stakeholder management and change management. Experience of project management is a plus. You hold a relevant degree, such as in Business Administration or similar, and good English skills, both written and verbal.
Hard skills and experience are of course important, but your personality is key in this role! With your analytical mind, you’re good at identifying improvement areas and synergies, as well as solving complex problems. You have a true consultant mindset and enjoy interacting and collaborating across cultural and functional borders.
