Sales- & Prod. Planning Coordinator and Analyst

We are looking for a Sales- and Product Planning Coordinator and Analyst for a consultancy assignment!

Job Description:
Your main assignments include providing administrative support with basis in two ramifications within Honda Nordic/Baltic Car Sales operations;
Sales Administration
- support our Nordic/Baltic sales branches, administrating systems related to logistics, delivery, order and stock.
- participate and contribute to daily work and projects related to manual system administration.
Product Planning
- review, maintain and administrate product line-up (cars) and provide product specifications to marketing activities in connection to new product launch.
- participate and contribute in market research and product studies including market forecasting and analysis.

Who are you?
You have at least 2 years work experience, preferable within sales, product management, marketing or similar. You have a university degree with emphasis on business administration, engineering or similar and your professional competence include some kind of Project Management training and/or experience. Direction or interest towards the automotive industry is valuable but no necessity.

We work with basis in formal workflow thus it is important that you own good qualifications in regards to PowerPoint and Excel, in combination with strong analytical ability and administrative skills.
Furthermore we see that you own good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) as this is our corporate language. You have a high general computer competence and experience in working in AS 400 based programs.

We are looking for a person with quick apprehension of flows and processes who are detail oriented but with the ability to swiftly switch to the overall picture. You own good communication skills with strong customer focus and with the ability to adjust to different kinds of people and cultures.

You should be able to start as soon as possible and the assignment will end the 31st of January 2015.
