For Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology and our division Rock Tools, we’re now looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Professional to join our sales department in Järfälla. What you do
In this position, you’re responsible for the sales of drilling tools. You spend most of your time to maintain and further enhance our relationship with already existing customers – mainly out in the field visiting our customers who are based in and around the Stockholm area – and you’re constantly keeping your eyes open for new ones. You’re in contact with the entire chain at our customers - from CEOs and owners to managers and workers- and are their person to turn to if they have any questions. Some administration comes naturally, such as invoices and the overall planning of your days. In addition, you work close to internal stakeholders like product managers within Rock Tools, Customer Support Services and salespeople from other divisions. Keeping a dialog with supply chain, logistics and stock is key, and the CRM system Salesforce plays a big part in your job.
In this position, you report to the Sales Manager for Rock Tools.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone with a few years’ experience from sales. It’s a big plus if you have knowledge within customer support and service combined with a technical interest. Maybe you have a background as an entrepreneur or from driving your own business. It’s advantageous if you’ve previously worked in an CRM system and are an excellent excel and pivot user. Working locally in an international organization calls for excellent skills in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
You have a genuine interest and natural drive to do business and are a proactive doer with the ability to prioritize your daily work. Your structured and accurate features really come in handy in this role. Being a true team player, you naturally put the team first and are happy to lend a helping hand if anybody needs you. With your experience and confidence, you challenge people around you when you find it necessary – from your team members and manager, to other parts of the organization.
