At Vironova, we would be nothing without a successful sales and marketing team. We are in an exciting phase, expanding and scaling up our reach to the increased market demand. We’re are searching for a Sales Project Coordinator who want to join our team and take Vironova to the next level. A value and solution-oriented person with an aptitude for change and will-do attitude.
Our clients are mainly found in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry working in the vaccine and drug/gene delivery field.
As Sales Project Coordinator you will provide project support through timely and recurring operational sales and marketing coordination. Be responsible for activities to support: lead and customer dialogue, building a high quality sales pipeline through data entry and list management - all to secure a positive overall customer experience.
Practical experience, mindset and qualifications needed for success
- 2-5 years’ practical experience from a similar role within sales and marketing
- Understanding of sales processes and functions in relation to customer experience.
- Commitment to build effective and efficient internal relationships with different stakeholders
- Ability to handle customer requests, prioritize, and manage time and project deadlines effectively
- Experience of CRM and data literacy
- Structured and well organized job approach
- Previous experience or certification in project management
- Experienced MS Office user (i. e. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Swedish and English fluent oral and written, additional languages a merit.
Previous work experience or qualifications of merit
- Pharma, Life Science, Biotech industry knowledge, education or work experience
- Experince from Adobe suite (i.e. Photoshop, InDesign)
- Previous experience of HubSpot or other marketing automation tools
