In the position as Sales Project Lead you be responsible for maximizing the potential of all sales project; including facilitate, utilize and ensuring a flexible, agile cooperation within sales department. The role holds a central function in coordinating, securing efficiency and optimizing time in all sales related projects. You will also be supporting and maintaining contact with the global and local organization as well as with 3rd party. The right candidate shall be able to take own responsibility, have a genuine interest and willingness to support and develop business efficiency and as well as being flexible, proactive and professional and at all time.

Areas of responsibility:

Project lead, manage and coordinate all sales related projects

• Identify project definition, scope, budgetary objectives and constraints.
• Create a project plan, identify risks and specify specific project journeys and needs for each project
• Make sure information is recorded, distributed and communicated to ensure an efficient process and that all stakeholders are informed at all time.
• Manage and set up timelines and act as a timekeeper towards all stakeholders.
• Identifying, developing and maintaining relevant relationships with external parties
• Allocating recourses for the projects and coordination both cross department and externally
• Drive innovation, automatization and identify new ways of doing business in all sales projects.
• Proactively manage potential issues and lead ad-hoc cross-functional meetings for issue resolution
• Supporting and coordinating Events, shows, exhibitions within the sales team

Sales Coordinating operations

• Reporting and following up on progress, gaps and needs in sales projects and processes
• Being the first point of contact for the sales team and external partners
• Collect and share actions within project team in relevant systems
• Onboarding and training Sales coordinators and support the team in their daily tasks
• Atomize processes and optimize time in all possible sales related areas.

Essential Characteristics/ Experience:

• At least 3 years of working in a similar position, preferably in the telecom/fashion industry
• A degree in sales, communication or other related fields is an advantage
• Genuine motivation and willingness to support the organization
• A genuine interest of leading and finalizing projects
• Organized, agile and business minded
• Project management skills and detail oriented
• A team player and like a cross functional environment
• Service minded, proactive, balanced and structured
• Flexible and communicative
• Fluent English, Swedish
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
