Recticel Insulation is looking for an innovative and result-driven individual to support our technical sales operations in the Swedish market.
With your technical expertise and deep understanding of the construction industry you will drive customer success throughout the sales cycle, from identifying needs to implementing effective solutions.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will provide technical expertise and project support to develop and manage insulation projects across Sweden, with a focus on flat roofs and walls.
Your primary objective will be to drive sales and promote advanced insulation solutions, such as PIR (Polyisocyanurate), to meet customer needs.
You will engage early with various stakeholders, including contractors, roofers, cladding specialists, specifiers, designers and engineers, to collaboratively develop solutions alongside the sales team.
You will also:
Identify, develop, and manage projects in the Stockholm area, ensuring the specification and sales of PIR insulation products.
Provide technical support to the Swedish sales team.
Provide presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and sales representatives (demo’s, proof of concepts and presentations).
Offer technical advocacy by participating in relevant business committees and influencing decision-makers.
Deliver training and guidance to both internal teams and external clients, including sales teams, specifiers, and regulatory authorities.
In this role you will report directly to Head of Technical Management in Europe.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an individual who loves to make an impact and has a can-do attitude, no matter the challenge. Important for this role are strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
We also believe you have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or a related field
Proven project management experience, particularly in the construction or insulation industry.
Strong knowledge of construction, with the ability to provide high-level technical support and project coordination.
The ability to influence key stakeholders and advocate effectively for PIR insulation solutions.
Fluency in both Swedish and English.
