About this opportunity
Do you want to craft how people communicate in the future? Do you want to influence what the role of communication in IoT and 5G will be? Solution Area Communication Services (COS) brings today’s and tomorrow’s communication services to the market. As sales readiness manager, you would focus on Enterprise and IoT (E&I) offering area and would be responsible for crafting and conveying the most compelling customer value proposition that enables sales of Communication Services. You will be able to make a big impact on how to support our salesforce in the most effective way.
What you will do
Translate COS Enterprise and IoT competitive advantages into tangible messages for customers, specifically around Enterprise and Operator values such as IoT and contextual communication, critical and private communication, device onboarding and entitlement services. Convey value propositions spanning both product and service delivery values to the sales force and customers including both ‘on premises’ and ‘as a service’ business models. Manage product catalog, commercial offering, and pricing transformation needed in line with evolution of portfolio Establish proficient ties with the Market Areas through communities and communication Support COS marketing together with the Demand Generation team in the BDGS marketing organization Understanding what makes Ericsson win and lose business – using e.g. Competitor intelligence and win/loss sharing as tools PLCM Governance responsible for COS Enterprise and IoT Quality assurance of Product Catalog and Lighthouse content (with Solution Line) Manage overall roadmap work and alignment Manage demos as a tool to generate sales Manage & support our external event participation from planning till execution Manage strategic sales programs Competence Readiness planning
