We are specialists in software and software related services to the airline's operational departments, where our software services are used by pilots to make takeoff and landing calculations prior to each flight.
Since our customers use our services prior to each flight, they expect both high quality and flexible solutions.

In fresh premises with an attractive location next to Stortorget in central Malmo we can offer a stimulating and challenging position as Sales Representative.

Profile
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to enter the position as Sales Representative within our company. We believe that you are a dedicated problem solving individual, with a team-effort mind-set and a professional personality. Preferably you have some experience or basic understanding from the operational side of the Aviation industry. We also believe you have gathered 2-5 years of sales experience. You are thorough in your work and believe in organizing your day in a productive manner.

Work description
The area of responsibility includes planning of marketing activities and sales, both upselling and new sales. Working on and planning multiple projects is also part of the daily tasks and includes liaising with team members of different departments, such as engineers and software developers.

The position is largely customer oriented since much of the delivered services are tailored for each customer. The service portfolio consist of a variety of Aircraft Performance and flight planning related services and applications, aimed for pilots and dispatch centers.

The position includes approximately 30 days of travelling annually.

The sales team
We are a small but dedicated team of sales people with a wide area of responsibility. A solution oriented mindset is a valuable asset in our daily work.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming correspondence from customers and prospect customers.
- Negotiate contracts and prepare commercial offers.
- Plan and follow up on sales campaigns.
- Marketing activities and exhibits world wide.
- Customer accounts and contracts.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction related issues.
- Handle press-related activities.

Required skills
- Fluent in English on a professional level. Also in writing.
- Documented sales experience and track records.

Favorable experience
- Aircraft performance and flight planning
- Aviation industry experience
