Hiab Tail Lifts Division is looking for Sales Representative.
In this role you will serve customers by selling TLS products, meeting customer needs as well as active market development for TLS products. You will also develop and maintain key customer relations and support dealers in developing their sales pipeline and support service partners and customers in regards of service contracts & maintenance contracts.
This position could be based in Sodertalje/Hudiksvall/Malmö (flexible work situation possible) and you will report to the Sales Manager. Frequent travelling within Sweden is required.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth in TLS through targeted selling and support
Hunt for new TLS customers
Proactively develop your dealers, service partners, and other chosen customers
Drive TLS sales based on insights and KPI
Consult dealers and service partners related to TLS sales
Working in close cooperation and support with central functions to align campaigns and performance measurements of own sales and dealer sales
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers and also competition
Support yearly target agreements and marketing plan
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
To Work closely with FLU service & sales managers to focus on specific growth areas.
What you’ll need to succeed
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field is preferable
Sales training or education.
Working experience:
5 years experience of sales in the industrial goods, automotive or agricultural industry.
Competence and skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record in sales
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
Competency in Google applications including Slides, Sheets, Docs and GMail
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced and modern environment
Customer Service mindset, Motivation for Sales and Closing Skills
(Basic) business understanding and knowledge of KPI and customer success criteria
Fluent is both Swedish and English.
