About the Position
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The position will be located in the Stockholm area.
As a Sales Engineer, you are responsible for finding new customers and working with existing customers in the power generation sector with budget and profit responsibility in your region.
Your responsibility is to build and maintain long-term and profitable relationships with our customers. Your technical understanding will help you advise and assist customers in selecting the right solutions to achieve the highest profitability and productivity.
Your responsibilities
• Managing the full sales-cycle for power generation business (generators, transformers, loadbanks, etc.)
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships for long-term growth
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within budget
• Promote Energyst Rental Solutions positively to the customer in a professional manner
• Be an active member of the sales team
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Your profile
• Minimum of a 5 years’ sales experience with a proven track record in our industry
• Good working experience and customer base within the power generation market
• Good working experience in the rental market or similar industry would be an asset
• Good knowledge of the Energyst power generation product range including a basic technical understanding of the products
• Knowledge in load-banking processes and the addressable Swedish market for this business would be an asset
• Good selling, persuasion and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of the English language
• Hold a full and current driving licence
• Basic IT competency required
• High amount of travel around Sweden would be required (up to 80% of the time)
