What you will do
At Johnson Controls, we now have an exciting opportunity for you to join us in Gothenburg, Sweden, as our new Sales Representative within our Controls products division. In this role, you will be responsible for the sale and promotion of our Controls products portfolio to our customers in Sweden, which are mainly System integrators, Ventilation entrepreneurs, service providers, electrical installers.

How you will do it
Identify, develop, and secure market developments in existing and new businesses
Conduct meetings with Customers both face to face and interactive
Promotion of Johnson controls products and solutions
Develop go to market strategies and achieve budgets
Create long lasting customer and stakeholder relationship – inside Johnson Controls as well outside Johnson Controls
Customer account management
Analyzing, mapping the customer base, and consulting
Follow-up of sales and reporting
We use salesforce as our CRM tool


What we look for
We expect:
Goal-oriented, proactive, and flexible professional in sales, with good sales skills, is good in communication and has a customer-centric approach
Own technical skills and curiosity, which helps you act, understand, and advise customers in complex solutions
You are positive and you are willing to co-operate
Fluent in English and Swedish - both written and oral skills
It is an advantage if you have experience in program tools: BACnet, Modbus and KNX



We especially appreciate:
Knowledge and experience in sales of building technology and automation
A technical degree, examples could be as an electrician, plumber or in automation


This position includes a competitive salary and bonus package, and your own business car. You will work from our office in Mölndal.
