Grow Quality AB is looking for:
Sales Representative (Bilingual French /English)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide general administrative support to the Business Development department
Assist account managers in establishing, managing, and maintaining relationships with business partners primarily by phone, in addition to email
Partner closely with the head of marketing and cross-functional teams such as Analytics, CRM, Creative and local teams to drive standard methodologies, identify testing opportunities, and develop roadmaps
Support the team with KPIs to promote continuous improvement
Place the customer at the heart of everything you do, focus on customer needs and building strong, long-lasting relationship building in order to provide value to our customers.
Manage the renewal decision making and procurement process
Demo products to prospective customers and conduct discovery calls to identify customer needs and solutions
Other duties and special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
You are a skilled and passionate Sales Enablement practitioner with 3-5 years of relevant Sales Operations role
Bachelor Degree in Business Management and Marketing
Must speak French and English fluently (other language such Spanish, Arabic and Swedish is a big plus)
Effective Marketing and customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Self-directed, highly organized working style; doesn’t let things fall through the cracks
Comfortable speaking clearly and concisely in real-time presentation environments
Strong negotiating skills and closing techniques.
Ability to execute, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
