As a Sales Representative you are responsible to reach set target for your sales budget which includes both wholesale- and 3rd party partners.

We’re looking for a key team member to make sure we reach our ambitious targets set for our recently established International Partnerships team at Ellos Group. Our mission is to utilize existing core processes to identify and implement new profitable business models and establish new partnerships to increase sales for the business group.
About the job:
You’ll be working with Ellos Group assortment portfolio which consist of fantastic brands within home interior and fashion, such as; Ellos Fashion and Home, Jotex, and Pastill. You’ll work in close relationship with Brand- and Product Managers to stay on top of assortment and brand development to ensure you can bring the right offer to partners. Some technical tools are in place, some are not. We’re embarking on a journey to become more automated, but some processes are still manual. We expect you to be comfortable with; Excel, ERP- and PIM-platforms.
Your key responibilities will be:
- To build and strengthen relationships with existing and future partners
- Organise, monitor, and optimise the relevant business KPIs to increase the performance (products, stock, prices) via our partners (wholesale & marketplace partners)
- Maximize sales opportunities by implementing cross-& up-sell with all relevant partners
- Manage the implementation of commercial and marketing operations according to the commonly agreed trading calendar with your partners
- Present new collections and showcase potential bestsellers to partners and potential customers
- Negotiate commitments from partners to ensure local inventory levels will meet increasing demand and reduce the risk of products being out of stock
- Collaborate with operational services and tech teams to further improve our service level offered to the partners
- Supply partners with precise product data and marketing materials
Who are you?
We believe you’ve been doing sales for a couple of years with wholesale or
marketplace partners within home interior and/or fashion. If you’ve worked with major players such as Amazon and/or Zalando – it would be considered an advantage.
