We are seeking to hire a passionate, goal & customer oriented sales representative to take ownership of the Thule brand on the Finish & Baltic market.

The person will be focusing on building up Thule´s sales in Finland & Baltics in the Automotive, Bike + Sport & Outdoor distribution channels. The customers base consists out of a large Automotive retail chain, national distributors and smaller & specialized retailers. A large variety of product categories is being distributed via these sales channels, amongst others: roof racks, roof boxes, bike carriers, winter & watersport carriers, but also roof top tents, backpacks and child bike seats. The position is planned to be 30% home office and 70% travelling.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

- Become the Thule brand & product expert on the market
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with customers
- Research and suggest solutions that answer customers wants and needs
- Serve as contact point for customers and internal teams
- Research and source new potential customers
- Roll out merchandising & display programs and assure optimum presentation (instore / online)
- Actively follow-up of retailers point-of-sale on product presentation & knowledge incl. onsite training and train the trainer programs.

Skills / education:

- Proven track record in retail
- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
- Problem-solving attitude
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Relationship builder
- Self-starter / self-driven personality
- Fluent in Finnish & English
- Minimum bachelor degree
- Driving license (B)

The person will as well act as support for Juvenile & Pets products in the relevant sales channels in Finland and has close contacts with Sales Responsible persons in the Nordic region. The person is home office based, preferable in the region of Helsinki. The company's HQ is in Malmö Sweden.
