Sales Representative position

Company Overview:
SwedMarketing & Distribution Services is a small startup that was established in 2017, and offers purchasing activities for companies and private individuals in form of procurement, in and outside Sweden. We supply customers with a mixed range of products such as car spare parts, motorcycle parts, industrial filters, agricultural equipment, engine parts, raw materials and other products.
Today we are looking for talented candidates in marketing, in an effort to increase our customer base. The candidate will be responsible for the following:
Sourcing and pitching our services to the prospective customers
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Present, promote and sell our services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status report
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

The competencies required for this position are:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
High motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
