Sales & Service Engineer

Marine Selfunloaders Services is responsible for operating a service and spare parts business for unloading units that have been delivered all over the world.We offer a unique range within the areas sales and services regarding knowledge and forms of cooperation. As Sales & Service Engineer you will perform inspections and manage repairs and rebuilding assignments on selfunloading systems in the field on behalf of our customers.You will also be involved in offering advice and troubleshooting, developing customer relations and training customer staff.In office you will partly be responsible for spare part sales and order administration, i.e.cost calculation, pricing, quotations, procurement, project management and administrating own sales. To succeed in this work, we believe that you are a marine engineer, mechanical or electrical engineer or equivalent and have experience in working with business systems.It is an advantage if you have practical experience and theoretical knowledge of automation and or mechanical installations.We expect that you have sales skills, are independent and clever at problem-solving and well planned.You are based in Enköping, Sweden, but you need to travel travel at short notice for longer periods all over the world. As a person you are able to manage and drive your own work, a good communicator inwards and outwards, empathic and resolute, able to create confidence with co-workers as well as customers.Very good knowledge in English is required, both verbally and in writing.
