Fluicell is transforming healthcare through innovative bioprinting and microfluidic research solutions, and tissue-based regenerative medicine, starting from the perspective of the individual cell.
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to promote and sell our products. The candidate Sales Specialist will be a front-line actor in the sales department and working directly with, and under the supervision of the Senior Sales Manager and the Chief Business Development & Sales Officer. The employee will have an important role in the process of the leads and sales generation with the goal to increase the engagement pipeline with customer leads within research institutes, universities, and pharmaceutical companies/CROs. The mid-level specialist must be comfortable seeking and speaking with decision markers to prepare the customer for next stage of sales.

About the position

The applicant will be required to:
Service existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential leads.
Locate and identify new target customers via prospecting, utilizing social media such as scientific organizations, LinkedIn, emailing, cold calling and setting-up appointments for demos.
Identify and participate in moving leads to qualified leads for the products offerings.
Maintain, track, documenting, and updating the CRM software for sales process
Use the CRM for communications to potential customers, current customers, recurrent sales, and renewal leases
Assist in the presentation of applications and products to clients
Perform targeted market research and share relevant findings with the team
Answer questions from customer or gather answer for solutions from internal scientist to address customer inquiries and provide accurate technical information
Represent the company professionally at scientific meetings and conferences around the world when needed

Your profile

Strong motivation and background in commercial sales operations in life science
English fluency is required, Swedish is preferred, and other languages proficiency is a benefit
Excellent writing and verbal skills
Very good interpersonal skills to function as a team player
Able to use office applications and CRM system
Able to travel when it is necessary for conferences, workshops, or customer visits.
Ability to plan, lead and implement projects both independently and with support from others) Life science knowledge to understand the current and future products (minimum master’s degree in cell Biology/Biology/Life science or related industry).
