Become a trusted advisor within cloud computing and play a key role in enabling market-leading clients to stay in the forefront while accelerating Dustin’s cloud services

As our new sales specialist in cloud computing, you’ll join a team of 16 excellent and knowledgeable specialists. You will be given a high level of autonomy to plan necessary activities to reach your targets and goals. And together with your stakeholders and colleagues, you will get the opportunity to accelerate our cloud services within private cloud, backup as a service, storage as a service, public cloud and more.

About the position

Your primary responsibilities will be to spend time on the most important accounts and create Share of Wallet. You will get the opportunity to drive the sales process from lead to order and often work closely with colleagues in sales and technology. Employees are given many opportunities for development, so some of your time will also be spent on necessary sales and technical trainings. We will also make sure you are given the appropriate onboarding and training to fully understand our offerings and accelerate our own cloud services such as private cloud, backup as a service, and storage as a service.

In this role, you are trusted to plan your activities and prospect new customers to reach targets and goals. We see that you have approximately 5-8 client meetings per week, and 20% of your time will be spent on internal meetings and initiatives. We kick off every day with a short start-up meeting and on Mondays the whole team meets (online). The rest is up to you.

What you bring

We want to make sure we hire the right person, who will feel successful in this role. Therefore, we are looking for you, who have:

- Experience selling IT, cloud, and infrastructure services
- Sales experience and technical understanding
- Experience with cloud services such as private cloud, IaaS, BaaS, DRaaS and Azure
- Confidence in speaking and writing in Swedish and English with customers and colleagues

Recruitment Process

- Interview with Hiring Manager
- Case interview with Hiring Manager and a team member
- Possibly a senior manager interview
