PURPOSE:

Identify, generate and support sales to Hyper Island courses in Europe, by proactively contacting potential customers and being their main contact from first enquiry to course start.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Sales Specialist, Courses, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our online and on-site courses in Europe to a global market. This is a hands-on, high activity sales role with a key impact on growing the number of customers and revenue in this fast-growing business area.

Your primary focus will be to identify potential customers, initiate outreach, handle customer enquiries and to complete sales via phone, email and occasional information meetings. You will be expected to take ownership over sales targets for your courses, strive to meet set KPIs and work continuously with sales optimization to nurture leads into business opportunities. You need to have a holistic approach on the sales process and to be a real do-er with a nothing-is-impossible attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive sales via outreach and communication with potential students via phone and email.
- Take on ambitious sales targets and see them as an opportunity to contribute to Hyper Island’s success.
- Constantly seeking and acquiring new sales opportunities.
- Nurture relationships to inspire, inform and convert leads into customers.
- Proactively manage our CRM database (Hubspot) to ensure quality and reporting.
- Work effectively in teams but also maximize your individual potential to optimize quality and efficiency of the sales process.
- Reporting to the Commercial Director


EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCE:

- 1+ years previous work experience within sales, preferably in an outbound sales atmosphere, telemarketing or customer service.
- Experience of taking customers through a complete sales process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any additional languages are a plus.
- A natural affinity for communication in person, over the phone or in writing.
- A passion for sales and proven drive to reach out and interact with potential clients.
- Experience in helping clients assess their needs and guiding them to the right solution.
- The ability to think big but also to execute well.
- Experience from working with CRM systems, Hubspot is a plus but not essential.

Full time, starting as soon as possible.
