We are looking for a Sales Specialist at ABB E-mobility Business area in Sweden. In this role you will work with direct sales of our e-mobility product portfolio, have the responsibility for a number of customers and are expected to be an active member of the sales team. You report to the local sales lead of ABB E-Mobility and work to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.
We are a global leader in EV charging technology with the highest uptime and largest installed base of DC fast chargers in the market. Using critical cloud-based connectivity, we remotely diagnose, cure infrastructure and update in-house developed software. With more than 13 years of experience in DC fast charging and commercial products introduced since May 2010, we have an unparalleled reach with sales of more than 800,000 electric vehicle chargers across more than 88 markets, including more than 40,000 fast chargers.
This position reports to Sales Manager.
Your responsibilities
Developing existing and new customers in E-mobility segments on the Swedish market
Building long lasting relationships with our customers and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale
Conducting contract risk assessment and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks
Participating in and representing ABB in relevant fairs and events
Being an active member of the sales team in our joint effort to growth and operational development
Leading your own self development as a sales specialist, increasing product knowledge and market understanding

Your background
Five years of experience in direct sales, preferably both product and system sales
Technical interest and the ability to build a technical understanding of our products, preferably knowledge of e-mobility charging standards and segments
Great communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset and a professional, “can-do” attitude
A clear grasp of contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial and legal terms
Ability to travel
Fluent in Swedish and English
