We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist within Motion Sweden to join our team. In this position you will strive to create superior customer experience and serve the aim to achieve and exceed your own sales targets. We are looking for a result-oriented person with strong communication skills. You get motivated by finding customer solutions and have the ability to communicate with people on different levels within an organization. This role will offer you the opportunity to build a large internal and external network as well as personal development opportunities within sales. The role reports to Sales Manager - Motion.


Your responsibilities
Sales representative for end customers and channel partners in the sales region.
Create excellent long-term relationship with our customers.
Take full responsibility of your sales budget and work structured through the whole sales cycle.
Contribute to the sales team within the Motion business, ensure collaborations and sharing of information and opportunities.
Make sure the CRM system (Salesforce) is always up to date.

Your background
Fluent in Swedish and strong communication skills in English.
A technical university degree is preferable, however in this position your personality traits will be valued higher than the formal education.
Sales experience and proven track record of delivering results at both new and well-known customers.
Driver´s License (B) is required.
Experience from working with project sales.
Experience from production- and automation processes is seen as an advantage, especially within our core segments Pulp-and Paper, Metals or Power Utilities.
