Sales Supervisor - Drives and Gearboxes

WEG Scandinavia is growing and we are seeking a passionate, technically skilled, result driven and self-motivated Sales Supervisor – Drives and Gearboxes with proven success track record who will thrive in a collaborative sales environment.
Education and Skills:
- Graduate as Electrical Engineer with proved experience in similar position;
- Master degree or Post Graduation in Automation/Business Administration (preferable);
- Languages: Advanced English (Mandatory), Advanced Portuguese (preferable), Intermediate German (preferable), Advanced Spanish (preferable);
- B2B sales experience with drives, gearboxes and Geared Motors;
- International Sales experience with engineered products;
- Technical/Commercial experience with automation products and gearboxes and geared motors;
- Application experience in automation products including Low and Medium Voltage drives;
- Sizing and development of applications for gearboxes, drives and electric motors;
- Technical instructor experience in Drives;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability;
- Ability to generate, follow and close sales opportunities;
- Fast learner and able to work both independently and as a team;
- Resilient and levelheaded;
- Leadership skills with proved experience in Team Management;



Main Responsabilities:

- Support the sales of our Drives, Gearboxes and Geared Motor Products for repetitive business together with OEM’s, Distributors, End Users in the Nordic Countries;
- To be the main interface towards the market where you take majority of decisions how to best adapt and grow our market-share;
- To be the interface between our External Sales Team and WEG Factories (mainly the Brazilian Plant);
- Prepare technical and commercial offers of Drives and Gearboxes and Geared Motors;
- Deeply analyze customer’s specifications and propose technical/commercial solution;
- Qualify and develop sales leads, proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, develop and implement a Sales Business Plan to achieve KPI’s;
- Collaborate and work closely with Business Development Managers to understand customer requirements and propose the best technical/commercial solution;
- Support External Sales Team in technical/commercial meetings;
- Pro-active customer visits for presentations, technical and commercial discussions;
- Manage the complete sell-cycle from lead qualification to deal closing;
- Build up long term relationships with customers and prospects;
- Use Sales/Engineering software to generate offers, documents, follow up and keep it updated;
- Technical training for customers, internal team and Business Development Managers;
- Coordination of Marketing activities related to Drives and Gearboxes and Geared Motors;
