We are looking for a Sales Support Region 2 for our Stockholm facility Your Role You will act as administrative support within the sales department which involves specific tasks/responsibilities with focus on key result areas within the Nordic countries. Your Challenges -Supporting the Sales Director -Scan and read e-mails and alert Sales Director of urgent and important actions.-Call for meetings in the Sales Directors name and follow-up responses.-Scheduling and support of meetings.-Travel coordination- and administration.-Support in sales related administration -Bid administration and follow-up on plans and actions.-Support with documentation in bid creation-, structure and copy.-Support with creation of documents for pre-qualifications, invoicing, travels,- and archiving.-Various reporting -rder intake in ERP system, narrative reports, monthly reviews-MOR-support, Primavera report extracting.-dministration and follow-up of sales meetings -ustomer visits and other customer related issues -panning of customer visits which includes setting up programs together with Sales Managers, booking of venues, hotels, transport etc.-Fair preparations and participation.-Update of customer register in Mercury Lotus Notes.Your Experience and Qualifications -Minimum 2 years of university education with a focus on marketing and economy.-At least three years experience from a similar role.- MS Office in full: Word, Excel, PPT.-Lotus Notes, both e-mailing and databases. To succeed in this role you need to be service minded, outgoing, proactive and methodical.It's also important that you are a fast learner and that you have a good understanding of the importance of 100% availability, professionalism and quality.
