We are currently hiring a highly-skilled Sales Support, keen to keep our revenue engine running through your own skill and the cooperation with a team of driven sales peers.
Our ideal sales support is self-driven and team oriented. You will be conducting analysis and reporting to drive insights and growth for our KAM sales and KAM customers. You are the connection point between the Sales team and our internal organization, you enjoy interaction with people, and you are a good communicator. You will support our merchants through our different processes and make sure they have a good experience. You have brilliant skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and possess service-oriented attitude.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include
You conduct month-end and year-end close processes
You create and own the process for onboarding a new merchant. This includes standardized agreements, merchant data (contact info, products, price info), intro meetings internal & external.
You participate in customer meetings presenting processes, reports and so on
You provide regular performance reporting and insights
Preparation of other various analyses and presentations in purpose to support the Sales team in business cases and strategic initiatives
Work closely with other business units internally to achieve business objectives and improvements
You engage in ad hoc initiatives when information or coordination is needed from KAM team

Skills we can't do without:
3-5 years of experience as a sales specialist or representative or related role
Full working proficiency in English and in Swedish
Bachelor’s degree or similar education
You possess strong organizational, interpersonal, virtual, and organizational skills
Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well


Skills we'd like:
Previous experience in the payment industry
Bilingual in another Nordic language
