We are now looking for a Sales Support Administrator who will strengthen our Sales and Marketing team.
Main responsibilities
The Sales Support Administrator support in the sales activities and administrative work for all product lines in close collaboration with Sales Managers. Main responsibilities are:
• Help prepare sales quotations and contract proposals to customers in alignment with Sales Managers and relevant departments in the organization
• Prepare material and support Sales Managers in contract negotiations with (potential) customers
• Participate in customer meetings, follow-up and other activities as relevant for fulfilling main responsibilities
• Participate in relevant trade fairs, conferences etc., aligned with Marketing plans and strategies
• Identify and propose improvements within the Sales & Marketing area; participate in implementing required changes and improvements
• Handle and finalizing required administrative tasks after signing of customer contracts, such as;
• - Complete sales order and hand-over to project execution
• - New customer registration
• - Contract information gathering
• - Support coordination of third-party purchases and pricing; purchase orders
• - Prepare project invoicing schedule
Background and skills
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant commercial, administrative or engineering subjects or compensated by directly relevant experience
• Minimum two years’ experience from similar positions
• Experience from shipping/maritime industry and/or technical sales companies advantageous
• Fluency in English (written and oral) is required.
• Commercial mindset and approach.
• Proficient and confident with common office environment IT tools (MS Office, SAP etc)
• Working knowledge of a Scandinavian language is desirable, other languages advantageous

As a person, you have good social skills and a strong collaborative mindset. You are structured, detail-oriented and have a great ability to working independently and drive your work forward. To enjoy this position, you prefer to work in a fast-paced international environment and handle many tasks at the same time.
