The role is within the Sales Support team, a unit within Nasdaq’s Listings team, that provides sales and administrative support for existing clients and companies in the process to become listed on the Nasdaq Main Market or Nasdaq First North Growth Market. In addition, the team works on projects and initiatives to further enhance and promote the Nordic listing's business.
You will have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and innovative cross-Nordic team and at the same time interact with key internal and external stakeholders from other departments.
What we offer
The team handles the contact with companies aiming to list on Nasdaq, and it provides customer service to already listed companies. The team has frequent contact with management teams of companies and other stakeholders in the capital market such as financial and legal advisers, banks, private equity firms, as well as Nasdaq’s internal units such as Legal, Finance, and Marketing, providing exposure to many different domains and excellent learning opportunities.
The team consists of about a dozen employees based in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. The roles in the team cover client executives, sales support and operations, as well as strategy and business development. You will have continuous interaction with the full Nordic Listings team to keep up with the development of the business on a Nordic level.
You will be based in our spacious and open plan factory-style office, in the former Ford assembly factory in Frihamnen, Stockholm, and some days, as agreed with your manager, you will be able to work from home.
What you will do
This role is diverse and entails a range of tasks from daily customer service and client interaction, planning and facilitating listing ceremonies and monthly training sessions, invoicing administration and follow-up, and taking an active role in change projects to improve our internal processes or expand our offerings.
The invoicing administration part of the role entails a responsibility to ensure our accounting department receives all the vital documentation for invoicing promptly, and every month you will perform certain checks on invoicing data files. The invoicing administration part makes up ca 40-50 percent of the role.
The role is suited for a person with an eye for detail and endurance to get details right, while at the same time you can understand our business model and see the bigger picture, always keeping the customer in focus.
You will:
Plan, prepare, and facilitate listing ceremonies
Coordinate and administrate monthly training sessions for boards and management teams of listed companies
Be involved in making updates to our web pages, developing sales and marketing materials, be involved in hosting customer events, and supporting and updating client data in our CRM system.
Participate in, coordinate, or lead cross-Nordic projects relating to improvements in our business processes or offerings
Follow up on projects and prepare to invoice documentation for the accounting department when projects are closed, and other preparation of invoicing documentation.
Supervise and review data for issuer’s corporate actions and prepare invoicing documentation based on this data.
Monthly standard checks on system-generated data files according to a given protocol, to ensure their correctness, before invoicing can take place.
Regular contact with our business controller and accounting department, to keep up with any news and development in the function.

Education, Professional Accomplishments and Certifications
Education Required: Degree qualified in a related subject area or equivalent work experience
Experience Required: At least 3 years
Have a general understanding of the listing's business, which you will attain during the training period.
This is a full-time temporary position for parental leave.
The preferred start date is mid-August 2022, and the contract will run through January 2024.
