We are now expanding and are therefore looking for a full-time assistant for our Sales Support department in Malmö. We have high demands on you as an applicant, but we also offer diverse and challenging work with great development potential in an international environment.
SPI Global Play AB is the leading full concept supplier and manufacturer within leisure and entertainment industry. We plan, design, develop, produce and build everything from small play structures to large experience-based leisure facilities and multi-leisure centers. About the Sales Support assistant position:
The Sales Support department provides our internal sales force, our distributors and partners with product and concept training, help, advise, information and a high level of support. This is a vital role for our continued growth. We are currently looking for a candidate who will compliment this department with their experience and skills.
The work in the Sales Support department consists of planning, following up procedures and progress, administrative work and communication with our distributors about their projects. You will be in daily contact with colleagues in our various offices around the globe. As Sales Support assistant your daily tasks will involve a lot of administrative work to make sure everything is saved and updated in our CRM system, and that designs and projects are planned. You will also help with making quotations for projects and preparing purchase agreements. The work also involves assisting the Sales Support manager with other tasks such as working with the company's social media platforms, website updates, newsletter send-outs and preparations for trade fairs.
Your main tasks:
Provide information, advise and sales materials to our distributors and internal sales team
Book designs and communicate with designers about our distributor requests
Coordinate and follow up projects and initiated processes
Make quotations for projects
Follow the processes in your work with distributors
Proofread and write purchase agreements
Search and compile information, generate facts and figures for comprehensive reporting
Update and actively work with our CRM-system
Asist on company’s social media posts, preparations for trade fairs, sending out newsletters, making marketing materials and other marketing-related tasks
Support and assist Sales Support manager with different tasks as needed



We are happy to see if you already have some experience with similar tasks, but this is not a requirement. You will receive a broad training and support from our Sales Support manager and work closely with her in the beginning. After a while, you will be responsible for your own tasks and projects, and work more independently, while still reporting back to Sales Support manager about the progress.

Qualifications and skills:
To succeed in this position it’s important you enjoy administrative work, as well as customer service and communication.
We expect you master professional English in both speech and writing; other language skills are advantageous. A high standard of Excel knowledge is fundamental along with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office in general.
As a person you are responsible, well organized, pay attention to detail and good at communications.
You know how to prioritize, work well independently as well as have great skills to be a part of a bigger team. You are structured and stress-resistant; you have a good planning ability for your own and others' work. Multitasking, working with many tasks and projects at the same time and working under pressure to meet deadlines is something you thrive for. You pride yourself on achieving results. It is important that you like working with customers, are well motivated and most of all a team player, as you will need to work closely with several departments from our various offices.
In this position you may also be required to travel to other countries for a short business trip several times a year.
It is a merit if you have a driving license and your own car, but this is not a requirement.
