Sales Support Coordinator
Hamamatsu Photonics Norden AB is looking for a skilled Sales Support Coordinator, to work in an international and technological environment.
As Sales Support Coordinator you will put our customers and distributors in focus by assisting our sales engineers. For this role, you need to speak English and Russian language. Swedish language is meritorious, but not mandatory.
Your main tasks include:
· Make qualified customer offer considerations, create quotations, provide price calculations in your daily communication with customers, suppliers and distributors
· Work in cooperation with the sales engineers to provide the best possible value to our customers
· Provide support and information to sales engineers in the field
· Collaborate with other functions within the company such as logistics, finance and marketing
· Support marketing activities by planning and participation in exhibitions and customer events to support our sales engineers
· Other sales and office support activities
Who are you?
We see that you are socially skilled with an interest in technology. As the majority of the work is performed in teams we value your great ability to cooperate with the sales engineers as well as other support functions within the organization. In addition to your team player skills, you can easily shift your focus to work independently to individual performance where numeracy and administration skills come in handy.
Previous experience in working with sales, preferably of technical nature is considered meriting. We believe you also have extensive computer experience and are able to handle Microsoft Office package with ease. Fluency in English and Russian language is required. You have a positive attitude, are proactive and work with integrity and professionalism at all times.
