Our client is a distributor of reliable electronic components in the international arena. Out of their Stockholm office (office in the city centre of Stockholm), they serve clients in the Nordic, Baltic market and beyond.
They work with selected, traceable suppliers, to give the best service to their clients. With more than 30 offices in more than 15 countries, they can provide their clients with the overall same high quality, personal service, responsive, and real-time support in a local language.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this position, you will work in a small team, where your manager who is internationally experienced, is a supportive leader. A person who will support and back up the team, set for success. You will be responsible for supporting the account management team with all relevant administrative tasks, to maximise revenue, along with the company’s set strategy. They work with short- and long-term objectives and you will be able to contribute to the success. Provide ongoing support to sales personnel and customers by conducting administrative tasks in relation to sales and purchase orders, including after-sales support.

Your key responsibilities and accountabilities (not limited to)
Generate and process sales quotations.
Generate and process sales and purchase orders.
Provide general administrative support to sales personnel.
Liaise internally to optimize the quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
Liaise internally to resolve issues with both customers and suppliers including, when required, any financial issues.
Provide customer support, always representing the Company in a professional manner.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery schedules.
Expedite purchase orders and record shipping details and delivery schedules.
Ensure all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
As this is a position where you will excel in sales, we believe you bring a passion for commercial sales and a good understanding of the sales and supply chain cycle. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than having worked within the electronic component sector before. So, therefore, no specific requirements on what products you have been selling, but important to how you are as a person, and the fit with the company and the team. It is a fast environment, so you need to be stress-free, being able to juggle many tasks at once. It is positive if you have a technical affinity and an interest in electronics. Also, experience in logistics and supply chain would be an advantage. We are welcoming multilingual sales talents; we hope you speak fluent or native-level English and preferably you manage Swedish fluently. As it is a position to be operating in the Nordic market, the knowledge of one other Nordic language is great. The more languages you speak, the more markets you can approach!
SALARY INDICATION

SELECTION PROCEDURE
