As Sales Support for our Nordic markets you will play a key role for the day-to-day administrative activities of the sales team so that the organization’s sales force is effectively supported and all sales transactions are processed efficiently and accurately. You will also, together with the account managers have an active role towards our customers.

ASM Foods in Mjölby is part of the Barry Callebaut Group, and focuses on developing and producing customized fillings and coatings for the bakery, confectionery, dairy and ice cream industries. The site in Mjölby has two production facilities - one designed to produce water based products such as caramels, fruit fillings, and other sauces, and the other designed to produce fat based products such as chocolate and compound coatings and fillings. Our production is agile and flexible, facilitating great new opportunities and creative product development.
About the role
The Sales Support FM Nordics will contribute to the sales, supporting the team as required. You will focus on finding new customer accounts, negotiating agreements, supporting the team members with good business leads and overview the status of our ongoing negotiations - all to support our profitable expansion within the Nordic region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Building relationships with key decision makers for new and established accounts, gathering and utilizing feedback to continuously improve and maintain positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale
Handles enquiries (e.g. samples, quotations, specifications, certificates, other required information) from potential new and existing customers
Handling daily business such as quotations, complaints, marketing material, specifications, contract management and payment reminders
Coordinate and drive development projects between customer and internal stake holders
Keep track and update the information, in our CRM system, Salesforce
Performs timely and professional administrative support and coordination for sales and marketing related activities and teams
Preparing formal proposals and take active part in negotiations, following with preparing contracts, routing for approval and managing the execution
Help to systematize and improve the Sales Support process.
Professional qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience of relevant work or internship.
Experience in the B2B environment within inside customer service or sales is an added advantage.
Knowledge with MS Office Software applications, SalesForce and SAP is a plus.
Excellent communication skills. Fluent in Swedish/Danish and English language.

Ability to handle customer requests in a structured way, prioritize, and manage numerous deadlines and a lot going on at the same time
