Our client is an American public multinational corporation that develops, manufactures, licenses, and supports a wide range of products and services predominantly related to computing through its various product divisions.



Its most profitable products have come to dominate the commercial office suite market, and the company’s operating system, which has achieved near ubiquity in the desktop computer market. The company has also diversified in recent years into the video game industry as well as into the consumer electronics and digital services market.


We are looking for a Support Sales Operations Program Assistant


The Support Sales Operations Program Assistant (SOPA) is responsible to support execution in driving sales operations and maintain quality through contracts operational management, tenders orchestration, support pre-post contract validation, support billing, credit & rebill activities, support contract renew lifecycle, and administrative tasks.
 
The Support Sales Operations Program Assistant (SOPA) is responsible to support execution across the following areas: 


·        Drive Sales Operations: Support Sales operations planning process, using qualitative and quantitative methods, across      Segmentation, Territory Planning and Quota distribution, FastStart and Blueprint.
·        Drive Operational Quality: Drive high-quality, cross-segment sales programs and execution support (tools, processes, information) for Allocation/ Disputes, Oppty & Annuity, Pipeline etc. 
·        Provide Data-Driven Insights: Provide data-driven insights about Sales operational execution.
 
Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:


·        Strong analytical skills
·        Superior communication and collaboration skills
·        Ability to structure complex topics/situations and build frameworks to deal with them.
·        History of driving rigor and sales discipline
·        Experience within Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Planning, Program Management and/or Finance
·        Focus on providing permanent process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome
·        Delivery of end-to-end data analysis & “light ups” actionable strategic insights
·        Innovate to deliver standards which enable speed, efficiency and scale in the business
·        Deep knowledge on business processes, sales operations & programs, and execution
·        Familiar with financials, pipeline, scorecards, and other relevant business performance measurements
 
Bachelor’s degree required and/or experience in relevant fields for instance business, marketing, information technology, operations or finance. You have 2-3 years related experience. 


The candidates we are looking for are fluent in Swedish and English, only candidates with a Swedish work permit already in place and fluency in the language will be taken into consideration and you must have relevant experience that reflects this position. The position is going to be based at our clients’ Swedish office in Stockholm.
