To this division we’re now extending our team with a Sales Support in a brand-new role.

Your mission
In this position, you process sales and invoices so that customer orders are dispatched, invoiced and paid accurately and on time – as well as conduct contracts, sales documentation, proposals, reports and other correspondence. Your responsibility includes making standard calculations, reporting statistics and performing background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors and industry trends to support the contract or sales team’s activities. You answer internal and customer inquiries on service and product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that inquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately. Through communication with staff from other areas in the organization – such as production, warehouse, transport, or distribution – you confirm status of orders and resolve customer complaints. Your work includes using databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records, sales commissions and expense records – and to generate contract or sales reports and statistics. One of our core portfolio products you work with is CribWise – a software solution for controlling stock and its availability, while triggering purchase and service orders to suppliers.
The location for this position is at our new facilities at Gasverket in Stockholm. Some travels might be included in the job if needed to visit customers.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with relevant high school degree, or the equivalent – as well as experience from working in similar roles. Good computer skills are an advantage, where experience of SAP, for example, is of particular value. As we’re a global organization, excellent English skills, both written and verbal, is required, meanwhile Swedish is a plus.
