Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist with strong business drive and communication skills who will be part of a global and dynamic team providing world class sales support expertise to grow the Packaging Consumables business.
The role is temporary for approximately 1 year.
In this role you will act as a subject matter expert for the Packaging Consumables category and collaborate cross-functional with global Services and Market Operations organisations as well as with external suppliers. You will work closely with Product managers and specialists to support Market Operations to grow the Packaging Consumables business according to the Market Operational Plan and 3 Year Plan Strategy.
You will be based in Europe, preferably in Lund, Sweden
What you will do
As Sales Support Specialist, you will:
Drive activities and support market needs according to the Market Operational Plan in collaboration with Market Operations and Services to grow and protect the Packaging Consumables business
Provide technical and commercial category expertise to Market Operations and support quoting of advanced Packaging Consumables products and services
Support Market Operations in Services solution pilot execution of a Packaging Consumables NPI (New Product Introduction)
Drive and/or support development and deployment of Packaging Consumables local product and adaptation projects including management of pilots, market readiness plan and customer segmentation
Ensure alignment and effective communication with the involved stakeholders internally (Services and Market Operations) and with external suppliers to successfully implement the offered solution
We believe you have
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or Operations management or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of work experience within product & portfolio management, customer management or operations management
Knowledge in the Tetra Pak Service Portfolio is preferred
Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
Self-motivated and self-reliable attitude with a strong drive and result orientation
Business oriented mindset, possessing strategic and analytical skills and ability work with a holistic view as well on a detailed level
