We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist with strong administrative skills. The candidate will support a global organization with order registration, order acknowledgement, shipment planning and providing information to sales channels globally.
The order team works closely together, supporting each other and is free to develop the processes together. The order team has several different competence areas and there are plenty of opportunities to develop new skills within the team.
Main responsibilities:
Create orders in ERP system and follow through until delivered.
Resolve customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment, scheduling) by coordinating with Sales, Production, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
Coordinate with After-Sales Service by administrate and resolve customers inquiries.
Recommends appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g. production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is in place.
Proactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions.
Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
Required skills:
Proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
Strong administrative skills.
Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) is an advantage.
Experience in import/export, sales administration, or other administrative tasks is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of work experience.
Completed upper Secondary School.
This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Stockholm or Sollentuna or Kista. Start is in the mid of November, 6 month's limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
