ABB Robotics develops, manufactures and markets robots and associated control systems, software, arc welding products, tracks and motor packages. A clear focus on automated solutions helps manufacturers improve productivity, product quality and safety in the work environment through automation. The robots and robotics are sold via local ABB companies, as well as via independent systems integrators and OEM companies.
In the role of a Sales Support Specialist you will join our sales support team. The team is prepared and willing to support front-end sales and ABB customers in the areas of daily sales, ordering and delivery process of robot products as well as in supporting front-end sales with meeting their long-term sales plans and activities. You should be able to and must like to be engaged in many activities in parallel and value the cooperation within the team as well as with your contacts in local sales-units.
Your challenges
Sales Support responsibility for a subset of countries within Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) market.
End-to-End profitability evaluation.
Support front-end sales with sales price recommendation.
Quotation of Design To Order (DTO) solutions as well as responsibility for turn DTO quotations to order.
On a regular basis provide market information to the sales and operation planning process within your subset of responsibility.
Provide 1st level technical and commercial support regarding ABB Robotics configurable offering with main focus on industrial and collaborative robots.
Develop and maintain necessary quotations in order to support daily operation.

Your background
Experience from a customer support organization with a strong customer focus.
Understanding of robot automation with the ability to transform application demands to product features.
Master the tools like SAP, Excel and have good computer skills.
A problem solver who can work independently when needed and who also has a high level of social competence and a good ability for teamwork.
Thrive in a leading role where you get to take responsibility and initiative.
Capability to perform Profit and Loss analysis for complex projects with several stakeholders.
