Sales Support Specialist

As a Sales Support specialist you will be the go-to person and administrative support for the GE Healthcare business teams in Sweden. You will work closely to local Managing Director and Swedish leadership team and while working with them you will learn a lot about Swedish healthcare systems and industry.

Responsibilities
As a sales support specialist at GE Healthcare, you will handle the following tasks: Manage the Tendering process for ITO (Inquiry to order) from the start to finish.
Support Sales Managers with periodic sales performance analysis.
Provide an excellent level of customer service for customers, GE companies, and distributors in the international market.
Build up close relationships with customers and commercial team to gain their trust and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Develop solid product knowledge and a strong understanding of the logistics of specific products.
Provide policy and process support to sales team on tendering: information collection, country policy research etc.
Qualifications High level of Customer management skills.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
Ability to balance multiple priorities with minimum supervision
Willingness to be be part of a winning team with very competent employees and ability to work together to achieve high goals together with your colleagues.
Fluency in Swedish and English languages
Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn new things and dare to take on cross-border work
Ability to juggle many tasks at once
