We are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist to our HQ office in Solna.
In this role you will interact with many international clients and partners, primarily through e-mails and phone calls. You will monitor and manage new incoming leads as well as manage daily administrative sales tasks. You will also create sales opportunities from new and current clients.
You will work in close cooperation with global sales team consisting of 8 people mainly based in Solna but also abroad.
As we have comprehensive growth ambitions for the coming years, there could be good opportunities for development for the right candidate.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Monitoring, managing and distribution of leads and prospects
• Make first contact by e-mail or phone, conduct basic need analysis and propose appropriate configuration and offering to distributor or end client in consultation with Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers (Pre-sales-support).
• Support and work in close cooperation with Regional Sales Managers in everyday sales work.
• Continuously follow up on leads, new opportunities, and ongoing sales.
• Managing incoming tendering inquires, including supporting documents and quotations.
• Managing communication between departments involved in the business such as Applications Engineers team, sales support team, sales team, logistic and procurement
• The position reports to Global Sales Support Manager based in Solna
Your profile
• Strong interest in technical solutions
• Strong organizing skills, service minded and a quick learner
• Good communication and social skills
• Comfortable in working with Microsoft Office Package and CRM systems
• Fluent in Swedish and English language, both oral and written. A third language is a merit.

As this is a sales supporting role, we are looking for a personality that enjoys providing first class service both to colleagues and customers. You should be a passionate, structured, and organized person who likes to be in a service- and support function. You will deal with many international customers primarily through e-mails and phone calls. You should be able to work independently as well as easily cooperate with other people. To succeed in this role, you need to be flexible, humble, curious and have the endurance to handle long sales cycles. You take great responsibility for your work, are reliable and enjoy working in an environment with a periodically high tempo.
