As Commercial Lead you will be responsible for the bridging between the service provider organization and our service sales team in Energy Industries in Sweden. The role is based in Västerås and we’re looking for a person who gets energy from meeting our customers to present and take the dialogue how to create the best value with our service offering. In this role you would take the lead in adapting our service offering for the various segments we serve based on the Global Service portfolio.
You will work closely together with our sales team who has the sales responsibility for the service portfolio to our customers, but you will be the significant “value adder” in bridging the offering between Sales and Service organization.
This position reports to Sales Support Manager - Technical Sales.
Your responsibilities
Adapting the service portfolio for our service services based on the global Care 2.0 offer to the local market needs
Developing the service descriptions and anchoring implementation of the services in the local field service organization
Developing the calculation model for the service services based on the current model and further developing the current contract model for our service contracts (where the services are included). Further developing the service portfolio with customer requested local services
Supporting our salespeople in marketing/selling service agreements with various services
Supporting our salespeople in developing/producing service contract tenders
Carrying out white spot analysis for different types of marketing activities/campaigns
Developing basis for offering campaigns to customers
Updating our customer database for installed base of ABB systems as basis for campaigns
Your background
A Master of Science/Bachelor’s degree or similar in any technology field
Experience in “face to face” related customer contacts/relationships
Knowledge in the process industry, electrical and automation projects
Being quality-conscious and appreciating the work processes being in continuous improvement and innovation
Driven, flexible and customer-oriented personality
Self-independent as well as a team player
Oriented to make a win-win situation where both the customers and ABB are winners
