As a Sales Support Specialist for the Service Center in Energy Industries Sweden, you will be responsible to manage incoming inquiries from our internal and external customers. To be successful in this position you need ability to collaborate both internally and externally. With a strong drive, structured approach, and service skills, you make things happen.

Service Center Manager
Your responsibilities
Be responsible to recommend or decide on strategic discounts and to design Frame Agreement discounts for products aligned with growth strategy.
Provide first class internal and external customer support due to guide the local unit to reach the best solution for the customer.
Support direct sales and channel partner organization to establish appropriate product pricing agreements.
Manage special cases related to customer relationship management including product quality related commercial issues, returns, and other deviations from standard process.
Act as two-way commutation channel on product commercial topics, inform local units and bring feedback for improvements to global team.
Manage the necessary process tools, BOL, SAP, agreement repository, share points etc.
Your background
You have a couple of years of work experience, preferably within sales/sales support.
You are a social person and can naturally build strong relationships to customers.
An agile and proactive approach with demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues.
Experience in SAP and working with Excel, and preferably experience in Business Online (BOL)
Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike, is a must.
